Sorry for the long dely in getting back to you I have been waiting for a copy of David's death certificate which gives his date of birth as 27 - 10 - 1927 and death 22 - 03 - 1992 at Astley Ainslie Hospital Edinbrugh and that he was divorced he was the son of Charles Dickson & Margaret Maud Reid. so David May have come from Scotland.
I will have to check this one out.

Thank you very much for your very kind reply and most valued information thanks to you I have now found the Dickson family I was looking for David Reid Dickson was born 27 - 10 - 1927 in Haggs Denny Maried Gladys Florence Mynott nee Witts 22 - 06 - 1956 and died 22 - 03 - 1992 in astley ainsley hospital Edinbrugh . His father was born January 1883 in Drainie married Margaret Maud Reid December 1910 and died 27 - June 1963 age 80 in Spynie hospital Elgin. Charles wife also died in the same hospital 16 January 1971 age 83. I have not bee able to find an actual birth record for Margaret Maud Reid all other records give her year of birth as c1887.
