Can someone please check the burial register for Crookes Cemetery. I have found a burial for a George Fletcher on 5 June 1914 in section D uncon plot 2371. it says buried with wife Mary. Please could this be checked as I thought her name was MAY.

Hi John,
Her name is shown as Mary on the 1911 census where they lived at 67 Powell St which is where they both died.
Have you seen the census return if not send me an email & I will let you have it.
I think her maiden name was Mary Jenkinson & they married in Sheffield in Sept quarter 1862.

Thanks for the info John. It is possible that the FMP mis transcribed her name then.
