right i have found the printed marriage search, and i know how i have betsey as married, i have entered the details again and i got a green star on fmp which means a definite match on the details entered, it reads as follows, "marriage 22 sept 1836 PAGDEN to chatfield, it does not have a first name for the bride,allthough it says definite match on my search details, so if the brides name is missing how did it give me a definite match !!!!, i will have to be carefull in futer on fmp, and so its back to looking for betsey, thankyou all and again sorry if i wasted anyones time
