I have quite a few certs that I was going to upload but I cannot connect to Elaine Pickard its says that I need to re-install outlook express anyone help

Hi Anne,

Not sure what you actually mean but here goes with what should happen.

You have the template I sent you which you will have downloaded and then entered the information from your certificates.

After saving all that info you will go back to Outlook Express and open an e-mail to be sent to me.

You will then attach the saved template with its info and then send it to me.

If its an Outlook problem I am not the brightest bulb in the lamp with IT stuff but I am sure others will help if that is the case.

Let me know what happens.

I have clicked onto your e;mail address and it wont let me go into it.

Right click the email address then- copy shortcut,and paste on to the email address bar.

Its the Elaine Pickard piece thats on the the cert page that I have been trying to get into, When I get the templates to my e;mail address hopefully I will be ok.
