still having trouble tracing my relatives in sheffield ive found my great gran parents which buried in walkley cemetery george william hardy born 1872 died 1936 and annie elisa hardy born 1875 died 1960 they had a large family but had no clues what so ever please can you help

You look to be just starting out on your research? so here goes.

Do you have any info on where they were living at the time of their death or when they married.

FreeBMD should be able to help you with the marriage.

Can you place either one on the 1911 census?
Then its just following them back on each census.

If they were in St Mary's Parish Walkley,
we have certain years of baptisms over to the left in our Parish Records.

Hugh Waterhouse and a small group added more and he also completed a very detailed burial index for the Cemetery there.
