Can anyone enlighten me as to where the Marriage and marriage banns records - with west Yorkshire archive service involvement - have now moved ?
I have yet to locate them .

Hi Brian, i have just logged on to Ancestry,choose the Search option and then the BMD and Parishes option and the West Yorks Records were in the list. Checked they came up by putting a random name in and they came up ok.
I'm sure that must be the way you have tried to get them ,so maybe a glitch in Ancestry when you tried ?? o/w no idea why you couldn't access them. Sheila

As I understand it with trying a search you have to subscribe to a higher level of subscription, I'm afraid like anything else in Rip off Britian they entise you, then block you knowing full well that a lot of people can't resist the temptation, I'm a tight fisted Yorkshire man and do resist it.

I tend to buy Ancestry family tree maker Premium 2011 or 2012 from Amazon for about £29 inclusive of postage.The premium access is quite comprehensive.
This gives you the ftm software cd,plus six months access to Ancestrys premium records,and you can keep doing this to maintain access.
