Stenography isn't exactly a language that you speak. It is a form or short-hand that is used to write dictation in at a fast pace (usually 200-225 words per minute) If you do want to learn stenography I would GOOGLE it on the internet and find out what I can about it. There is so much to it. The machine for a student costs about $1500, but a professional version is anywhere from $4000 to $5000. I wish you luck if this is something that you decide to look into
