I had the same error because the MSDTC service was
running under a local account and not under the Network service account. How
this is possible i've no idea.

I uninstalled the service and reinstalled it again. After that i did a fresh
install of RS and after that SQL-RD worked perfectly.

You might need to ensue that you have the correct security set up in SSRS:

-Go to Site Settings
-click on Site Wide Security
-click New Role Assignment
-enter your domainyour username in the group or username box
- select the "system adminstrator" as the role

and click ok
