Yesterday was the last day to vote on matters that count here at the hood. But not all went so smooth. It seems que seven ballot boxes were robbed while they were trying to ship them across the tracks to be counted. Martin Chapa chairperson for this side of the block, we are not sure if we are going to have a new election or not, now that this ballots are missing. The election was for the establishment of a tejano rodeo circuit that will include Houston, san anto, Dallas y palito Blanco. An investigation will conduct.
Six vatos were arrested yesterday for voting six times each. They really thought that they could get away with it says martin chapa. What tip us off says chapa es que each one of this person’s would go home an change clothes and returned to vote using someone else’s name. but in this case they tired to vote under one of his uncles who had passed on several years ago. All six vatos were taken to the jail house across the tracks.
