After watching mr frank zuniga for a couple of days, constable cadena y capt joe blow, arrested mr zuniga and charged him with grand theft of gasoline. According to constable report, mr zuninga used a specially-equipped van with a hose that could suck up gasoline from Almost any service-station storage tanks into containers in his van. The constable said que what gave us the tip was que , mr zuniga would then empty the gasoline into a 600-gallon drum in his back yard, then selling it from his front yard at about 35 cents a gallon.
