For several years now our music has been slowly taken off the air.
Now major cities in Texas are without FM Tejano radio Stations. Dallas/ Ft. Worth, Houston, Austin, San Angelo,Waco , Bryan/College Station and many others. The Tejano Music Lovers in the state of Texas are being denied the music they grew up with and love from being played on the airwaves in Texas. The big Spanish Broadcasting companies say that Tejano Music lovers dont support their own music, their Tejano artists, Their Tejano radio stations or its advertisers. They think that tejano music lovers can care less if their music was on the air or not. They think that our music is nothing in the music radio world. They think that we will sit back and do absolutely nothing about it.
Well now's your chance to prove them wrong!, because on March 12th 2006, one of the biggest Rallies in Tejano history will take place at the Capitol of Texas! We are calling on every Tejano Music Lover, Promoter, Producer, Tejano Artists, Distributor, Recording Companies, Business owners, organizations and anybody that gives a ****! about Tejano Music; to meet us at the Capitol of Texas for the "WE'RE TEJANOS 2006 RALLY" . Enough is enough! Its time to stand up and be heard!
