I am very interested about taking my kids to different educational places over the summer. I would like to know what kind of museum this is and where it is located?
This is the Pocahontas County Historical Museum. They have various items of interest from local history ranging from the early settlers of the area up to 1960s - 1970s era items and photographs. Very interesting place to visit. It is located on Rt 219 South just before you start up Price Hill (on the left going south on 219). Nice article about the museum in the Pocahontas Times this week.
