Was there really any question about his actual guilty? Is there anyone in Pocahontas County who actually thinks that the check he wrote was a valid one--that the Pendleton Community Bank was actually in existence at the time the check was written? The check was faked!
Now we are happy that Tim got paid but now there is more debt due--he needs to spend a little time in the pen for his criminal behavior.
Most of all he should be dismissed from the force for ever.

He should never return as law enforcement.

I ask again. What else is Ben Wilfong capable of doing? He has lousy values and morals. He is not needed to serve Pocahontas County. If he is to return, it will be on Sheriff Jonese to be accountable.
