So that is why Donna is asking for a Special Prosecutor to come in and present the state police's investigation results to a grand jury.
This will give them an opportunity to determine if an embezzlement occurred. We are expecting a call from the Special Prosecutor any day. Donna said it may take up to three weeks to get a response and of course, the judge has to sign off on it too!!!
