"There was no indictment handed down Tuesday concerning suspended Pocahontas Co Sheriffs deputy Ben Wilfong. Patrick Via, special prosecuting attorney from Greenbrier County, is expected to present some kind of prosecutorial action against Wilfong within the next two weeks."
