i was looking for frequencies that bear hunters use around here i know they talk on the 2 meter band i don't think they use CB radio any more

The bear hunters aren't even supposed to be using the 2 meter radios. Your supposed to have a license to operate them. They can get in trouble with the FCC. You can have the codes programmed into your scanner tho.
