You will remember that we ran a recent story about how one of our county deputies was indicted in Kentucky for stealing radios out of cars at a car auction.

WELL, HE IS STILL ON DUTY IN POCAHONTAS COUNTY? This caused a lot of stirup in this county because Sheriff Jonese would not explain what happened with his embployee and why he was allowing him to remain on the job. Even the Civil Service Board which knew about the indictment "covered" the situation up.

We have been trying to get this mess cleared up but Jonese has been stonewalling this matter. We need to ask Jonese if Cole has a license to be a policeman in WV. I don't think he does?

when u say license just what exactly are u talking about? i am pretty sure officers are certified through the academy they attend but i am not clear on what you are referring to when you say license.
