I went to family get together yesterday. Most of my family are liberals and spent their working life in education.
Well the discussion turned to political issues so I said I had to take my conservative butt home, because no matter what logic you use their mind is made up and they don't want to be confussed by the facts..
I expect there will be a lot of family fueds (sp) over the holidays.

yes shinner you have a point but it goes both ways.im somewhere in the middle myself,something ive noticed where cons are shifting to accept some liberal ideals and libs acepting some cons.both parties still have thier far left and far right wing nuts .me id love to see a strong independent party take power or at least make a strong showing .some things out of love and respect for our family and freinds should just not be touched at holiday and family gatherings for sake of a enjoyable event for all.
