Forum writer: I have already logged a compaint to the assesors office. The appraisal does not reflect the current state of the economy. I hope Mr. Irvine's office is well staffed in February. I won't stand for my taxes going up when my market value is off 30+%, and real estate sales are off more than that even though it is a buyers market. Just look at the FOR SALE signs on every street.
