Gathering this many rock could be classified as Surface Mining and a permit is needed.

A settling pond is needed to wash the stones. The river, I believe, is the North Fork of Deer Creek which dumps into the Greenbrier River.

Come on stinky, what's your problem? Ya have to live your life vicariously thru others due to your own shortcomings? Or are you just jealous? It's time we show respect for our Sheriff, we have a good one. Maybe I'd need to work rocks after a hard day working for our county, to releave some stess, If I were to do all he accomplishes in a day.

What about the law that a sheriff can't have outside interests? The last sheriff had a business and ended up being sued for it!
