Hello everyone,
As you well know, The Voice Connection is for all of you, to spread the word about vocal technique and your favorite rock stars. So, I've decided to have a contest to help add more vocal links and spread the word about The Voice Connection.

So, what will you win??? One lucky person will win a personal package that will contain personalized autographed copies of the original Raise Your Voice, or 2nd edition, if it is out in time, The Ultimate Breathing Workout, a Voice Connection T-shirt of your choice, an autographed picture, pdf versions of both books with audio files included, a CD containing the 19 exercise program that I designed for Phil Tayler of Future Leaders of the World, a VCD with all the videos, a bottle of Entertainer's Secret, a box of Throat Coat Tea, a pitch wheel for practicing the RYV exercises, and....an autograped shattered glass!

So, what do you have to do to win??? Simple... Help expand the website!
1.Check the Singer's Sites link to see which singers are already added. Then, find AT LEAST 25 new rock singers to add...Anyone from Matchbox 20-Judas Priest. All rock styles are welcome...NO PUNK!!!
2.Search for new products to review, from throat sprays to vocal processors to vocal programs. They must be products that we haven't reviewed yet. Find AT LEAST 10 new products.
3. New Sites- Search for new voice related sites, anything from vocal instruction to breathing to massage therapy for singers. Give me AT LEAST 10 new sites.
4. Finally, and this one is the toughest...You must promote The Voice Connection on AT LEAST 10 message boards, from rock singer's sites to vocal sites. You must then submit a link to that thread so that I can validate it's existence.

This contest will run until December 1st. All you have to do is submit your answers to venderaj@msn.com. I will print out each individuals answers and keep track of the count. Remember, the more emails you send, the closer you are to winning. When submitting your answers, be sure to list the name of the singer, band, product, etc... and the actual website address. Please help me to make The Voice Connection the #1 site for singers!!!!

Oh, one more thing...The winner will also receive a free phone lesson from me along with a free vocal critque of any songs you wish to submit. This package is worth more than $300.00, but I'm happy to give it away for all of your hard work!!!!

Paul Phoenix is in the lead!!!! He has submitted a total of 72 singers, 14 products, and 59 voice related sites. That's an awesome start!!!! Now don't everyone give up. It doesn't matter if everyone sumbits the same name or product, just as long as we don't already have it listed or reviewed on the site. You still have to December 1st, so get busy!!!!! :)

i was using this book. there are things like the man says how to lower the larynx in the front of the mirror, learn to control in a matter of minutes..

He calls the voice instrument as "Basic shape". First you will make strange exercises like you will put ALL
YOUR HAND INTO YOUR MOUTH and put the finger in the
root of the tongue to liberate the anti constrictor muscles. Its crazy! (The sensation is good btw)

I only stopped becuase the book does not come with scales.. this is too bad. But i can say is really cool.
