Actually, it's not just a link, it's a whole page! MOST sites have a catagory list at the top of their site that says "Referrals". Some, you have to go to your stats page tho- look for.. your referral url, or "for you to refer"...it's almost always in a box (looks like the amber alert box). It'll start with http, & end with either your username or id number
