Brian: On the Vac plans, the foreward bulkhead is confusion. The starboard side is cut ata 23 degree tilt, the port at a 20 degree tilt. Is this a typo? If not, why the difference in a symetrical boat?

Well truthfully i dont remember seeing that, it may be a typo, my plans are packed away for my move, i will see if i can find them. i believe i did both side the same, post on the site maybe someone has plans available or knows of the issue, but i will in the meantime look for my plans.
