Dream Analysis

Been Dreaming a lot lately.

Enter your dream here and pick up your analysis in a day or two. I do my best, and usually my friends tell me I am right on the mark.

But its all in fun!

Re: Dream Analysis

Hi Blossom!! I was wondering about the dream stuff...
This is VERY strange but ever since I was little I have been having dreams that my teeth fall out. Sometimes it's just one. Other times they start to crumble and I spit them out like crumbs. I am not a freak about clean teeth or anything so I thought it's probably something else I know this is all in good fun I'm very interested in what you think. I hope to hear your thoughts soon. Nice meeting you, have a great day

Re: Dream Analysis

The 'loosing your teeth' dream is a very common dream with women. I had that dream just before I gave birth to my daughter. At that time I felt I was going into the unknown, but I was also living with a verbally abusive man, and well when I think about it today, the dream probably meant that I did not want to loose control of my life.

Our teeth are the first thing people see when we open our mouths. We need our teeth to eat, and without them life would probably be very embarrassing and difficult.

What I am wondering though about your situation, is that you dream is recurring. So your subconscious is definately trying to tell you something. But what?

So my questions are?

What emotion do you feel when you are loosing your teeth in your dreams...

Oh..and ya.. How old are you now?

What do 'teeth' represent to you?

When was the last time you had that dream, and what was going on in your life at the time? Maybe with that I can assess the dream better...

Thanks

Good things

Re: Re: Dream Analysis

Hi, me again. I am 30 years old, I have two beautiful (and crazy) boys, 3 yr and 8 month. I never thought about what teeth represent to me, I need to think on that one. You had mentioned a feeling of loosing control. I am a "control freak" by nature. LOL I do have a big fear of NOT being in control of my life. For example I know that when my husband was using drugs I hated that I had no say in what he did to himself. I know I still have that fear in the back of my mind that he will use again. He has been clean for almost 2 years. He is a great hubby and Daddy and all I can do is pray he has enough strength to aviod all that. I understand what you're saying about teeth being the first thing people see. Maybe I'm afraid of what people think of me?
I hope this info has helped.
Thanx Have a good day!!

Re: Dream Analysis

Well then. If you admit you are a control freak, then maybe your fear of not being able to control other's lives (the fact that you fear your hubby's return to drugs) and your life, may be the source of the reccuring dream of loosing your teeth. Also, your statement "maybe I am afraid of what others will think" made it clear that "your teeth crumbling" out of your mouth probably represents your life falling out of your hands... Not an easy thing to take.

What I think you need to do for the dreams to stop, is evaluate, maybe in your journal, what things you can control and other things that you have no control over. Try to let go...and have faith in yourself to be able to handle things.

I think if I visit your journal more I will be clearer on how you perceive things, and life in general, if you haven't already, can you leave me the link to your journal?

I hope this has helped..and if you have anything else, please do not hesitate to come back.. or if you are not clear maybe we will try another angle and get to the bottom of the teeth dreams..lol.

Warmest hugs
