Message:   I agree with you, there are plenty of players who would enjoy a 10/30 game, me included. I've played many of those in FICGS and never felt any time pressure.
On the other hand, and this is the main objection to your proposal; I also have many games where I make full use of 10/50 time control for various reasons.
I suspect that the reason for delays in some games is not the player's style but other circumstances hard to predict.
