I didn't understand your question well and/or you didn't ask clearly.
I'm starting to think you want to limit the maximum time for a single move. If this is your point, then this was already suggested by Wim in the last 2 paragraphs of the article.
If your idea is to look at percentage of players versus maximum # of days per game, how is this not included in % of games versus total time?
Games are played by players, maximum time is also total time for a game.
The data you request is already displayed along with the rest of the data. Maybe you want to emphasize there are players at both ends of the spectrum? Some that play fast and others that play slow?
