Message:   I think that the longer time that you need for players with rating of more than 2200 is because of small minority of the players who insist to use their time in the high level that does not exist in the low level.

It may be interesting if you can give a different graph when you give also percentage as function of days but the percentage is percentage of players in the tournaments and not percentage of games when the days are not days for the full game but maximal days that the player used for all the game.

Another interesing graph may be percentage of players as function of maximal time per move.

If you find that majority of the players in server tournament never use more than 200 days per game and never use more than 30 days for 10 moves then it is possible to make tournaments when the choice of the players is based on the fact that they never used in the past more than 30 days for 10 moves and never used in the past more than 200 days per game.

Time control of these tournament can be faster and
I think that you can expect tournaments like that to be finished in less than 1.5 years.
