Message:   Hi Grayling,
Please give us an outline how you like to see the rules made.
I have no problem to adopt to these suggested rules, but I would like then that we go back to the email and postal rules about vacation. The players must inform his opponents about leave, special or ordinary. This means that the players must get access to their opponents email address.
And that TD's shall have the right to keep confidential information and that "personal reasons" and "hospital treatment" are sufficient. TD's will only inform the players if the player himself can't inform of the special leave.
Best, Per

PS For the third party appeals it should be defined how many needs to get to know about special leaves, 40 days descisions, ETL's and more. If you only get a message that A won vs B on ETL without reasons, do you also think that the ETL rule is abused?
It might be a penalty the TD has given!?
