Are you also in favour of that, in case a TD deny a player a special vacation, it shall be announced to the third party players, in case any of them wish to appeal to that decision? Perhaps one of them thinks that he really should have the vacation!!
As you said all decisions must be allowed to be appealed... Now that it normally goes unnoted onle the player and the TD knows about this decision.
