Message:   Hi John,
The difference is how vacations are presented on the webserver. You click on the leave button and up comes your time and you click your first and last date of vacation. And there it is displayed in green, no need to do anything more, no information of leave to the players.
However when you wish to have special leave you write a message to the TD informing him of the circumstancies. If TD grant the leave, he goes into the leave button click the first and last date of the special leave which will then be marked by red.
And then its a question if the TD needs to do anything more? Is it his duty to inform the third party players in the event on why he granted the leave?
Best, Per
