Hi Robin,
If you receive a move between the 35th and 40th day and you opponent does not say he intends to continue the game then claim a win after the 40th day has passed. The rules states he has to tell you and the tournament director he will continue. Simply making a move is no indication he will make any further moves. If you opponent wants to make you wait so long then give him an education.
The player does not seem to need to give you any reason why he will take more than 40 days but he does have to tell you he will continue the game. On the server I suppose it would be the TD who has to email you. |
