I consider the name change a good thing and more appropriate in todays cc chess, but a wild card to a WC Final as a result of this can't be true. It makes no sense and would actually be pretty ridiculous considering the trouble ICCF has in "downsizing" the number of WC qualifiers. I do not understand Norwegian, but the wild card must be some kind of miscommunication.
