looking at my games I used 46 days for move 31 in one of my draws and I remember another case when I used more than 40 days for a move.

I believe that cases when I used more than 30 days for a single move happened in most of my games(time control 60 days/10 moves).

I am not sure if most of the players who use more than 40 days for a single move are players who use DMD tactics.

None of the players in the tournament that I played used DMD against me but there were cerainly cases of a player who used more than 40 days and even got ETL(not in a lost position)
