I am afraid I was not clear enough about what reasons there can be to pass on playing a "final" in season 3.

A time control of 10/50 on the webserver is more or less the same as 10/60 with email, so the reduction in reflection time should not be a great cause of concern. A problem only arises when the reduced 10/50 is chosen for season 3 and not all the teams in league A are willing to play on the server.
