Message:		Hi Franklin, There is nothing that prevents you from this. Propose 40/10 and have it accepted and run your show. As far as I'm concerned it is a possibility as long as it will be included in the start paper. CL doesn't necessarily have to have the ICCF standard time limit. My concern is that many players will be scared off. In a recent poll some 1000 ICCF members voted that 50/10 was a too short time limit and wanted more time. While a slight majority wanted less time 40/10 or even 30/10. But let CL, being a bit of "special event", be a trial event to learn about 40/10. Best, Per
