Message:   Is the 2000 ICCF Congress minutes available for download anywhere? I couldn't find it at the congress.iccf.com site. A google search also did not help.

ICCF Title Norm Requirements say: "The detailed conversion tables and working formulae can be found in the minutes from the 2000 ICCF Congress." Are Round Robin tournaments covered?
