Hi Franklin,
If I read you correctly, this is then a postal event?? From all the whining and complaining about DMD I thought we must be talking email! Five years for an international postal event is not at all unreasonable given the current level of mail service in many areas.
I fully agree that in this case you have taken the right approach, particularly since the decision was taken in cooperation with the zonal director. And as pointed out, nobody is being delayed from further events as a result.
I'd say that once again you are doing a fine service to CC. It's too bad TDs have to put up with unreasonable whiners who act like little children when they don't get their way. Keep up the good work!
