Darren Hayes: I am very dedicated when writing songs actually... almost military like... when it comes to the track and music.. but when it's time for lyrics I have to be alone and in a very focused state of mind... late night helps..
ModeratorB: darlena asks "Hi Darren, thank you for chatting with us today. I wonder how you find new band members to replace them who leave you mid touring or in the middle of promo?"
Darren Hayes: It's not usually a drama... a lot of the time you have alot of notice if someone is going to leave or if you want someone to leave! There are not many jobs out there on the scale of what we do so often it's a process of saying no to a lot of people rather than begging!! I'm very lucky to have worked with some incredible musicians and human beings so I'm very blessed in that regard
