Census 1901
Could someone please look up 1901 census for Sheffield Thomas Froffatt(30) and wife Lucy(27) Jean |

There is no obvious person coming out of the search for a Froffatt. Is his name Froggatt ? There is an entry for a Thomas H. Froggatt age 28 a buiders carter born Gleadless , wife Lucy age 27 born Norton, children Mary age 4 and Lewis age 2 both born Norton. Norton is described as being in Derbyshire; now its part of Sheffield and in South Yorkshire. The family are living at Lightwood which is what we would now call the Norton area of Sheffield. The entry is Class: RG13; Piece: 4347; Folio: 6; Page: 3. |
