Ancestry - World wide
Hi does anyone have access to Ancestry Worldwide who would mind doing a search for me? I am desperately trying to find info about my grandfather James Henry Peter Beatson. I have asked for help before, but have drawn a blank. I have come to the conclusion this wasn't his birth name! I would like someone to look at the Boston Passenger lists 1820-1943. This is the information required James Beatson D/O/B 1895 + 5 Port of Departure Liverpool Port of Arrival Boston Ship Regina Year 1919 He was working on board ship as I have his visa card. There are a couple of James Beatsons and a Jas J Batson (just in case it's transcribed wrongly)in the list, which I'd love someone to look at. Thanks in anticipation Jenny |

Hi Jenny Another blank I'm afraid. The ship Regina doesn't come up much. James Beatson arr 5 aug 1907 b1896 from Glasgow ship Numidian. Jas J Batson arr 18 nov 1868 age 28 b1840 ship Aleppo. There is a Henry Beatson who seems to be a crew member (fireman) who appears on some ships to NY - ship Aurania. good luck! Ad |
