Message:		Because the Cherry Blsom Festival will take place on March 25th I will be downtown for most of the day. For this reason the March Rank Promotion test scheduled for March 25th will be postponed until April 1st at 6:00pm. All of those who have been told that you are going to test in March please get ready.
