Body Solid Dumbell Lift-Offs
Hello all,
I recently purchased a pair of Body Solid Dumbell Lift-Offs. Unfortunately I did not find them helpful at all. The lift-offs fit to either side of the rack and because my rack is quite wide I found the lift-off position very uncomfortable. The whole point of buying the lift-offs was to make lifting with heavy dumbells less tiring, but in fact it made it more tiring. So if anyone is considering buying a pair I suggest you first of all measure the width of your rack and think about what position you'll be lifting from.
Fortunately as I had barely used the lift-offs Gymratz offered me a partial refund.
