I've only used methoxy-isoflavone within a manufacturers stack. I can't say I've been inclined to trial it separately and certainly wouldn't believe how it's purported upon other websites. That said, I've known it be used as an anti-catabolic aid with reasonable success (but more successful than an increase in protein?).
Another product you may wish to look at is USN's 17-Testo-Methox supplement stack, of which one of the numerous ingredients is methoxy-isoflavones. 17-Testo-Methox is available at GymRatZ for £39.99 inc mainland UK postage.
