Chef's Whey taste verdict
From the makers of Reflex Nutrition comes Chef's Whey - a range of high grade protein where taste is the primary concern.
Initially, the flavours being named sumptuous - Sumptuous Strawberries & Cream, Sumptuous Vanilla Ice Cream, Sumptuous Chocolate Ice Cream - give you a good indication that it's going to taste nice. Having already opened a tub of Sumptuous Strawberries & Cream I can confirm that it does taste very nice. Infact, much nicer than Reflex Instant Whey (and that tastes good).
Personally, I'd now choose Chef's Whey in preference to Reflex Instant Whey as it's ok with water (Reflex Instant Whey was a bit wishy washy) but really nice with milk. Although, I'm still a fan of the flavours of Maximuscle supps & USN Pure Protein (note: thicker texture cos of Casein content).
Oh yeh, when compared to Instant Whey, only a g of protein per serving is sacrificed for the nicer tasting Chef's Whey.
VERDICT: Chef's Whey is certainly worth a try  .
