Bar.
Top bit of kit, felt much more natural than regular dead lifts and we
are looking forward to getting some big poundage's going!
It has been put to good use already and I managed to get thoroughly
winded. The handles work out just fine with some liquid grip to assist
and the Bulldogs work a treat.
