Use your current TRAP BAR in a POWER RACK
We introduced an extended trap bar recently for use with power racks, but for any of you who already have a trap bar and would like to use it in a rack we're introducing talons. They should cost about £90 including delivery and will be made from solid steel and will fit on like a sleeve.

Matt,
A quick question mate...can these talons be used on other bars aswell or only trap bars?
I mean, could you attach them onto an Olympic EZ Curl Bar to convert it into a longer bar for the use in a power rack. This would be awesome for exercises like close grip bench press where I find the EZ curl bar much more comfortable.

Hello J,
The talons would have to be altered as an EZ bars shorter again and has shorter plate loading ends. That said it'd certainly be possible to make sleeves/talons for it, but it may be a much better option to have a longer EZ bar made - I'd guestimate this to cost about £90 - £100 + VAT.
