POWERLINE VERTICAL LEG PRESS

It's the same set up that the old one from Body solid ?

12 gauge steel construction ?

Is it a safe machine for the lower back and knees ?

Thank you.

Re: POWERLINE VERTICAL LEG PRESS

Hi JM,

It's the same set up.

As you're led down and movement's around your hips there's no real stress on your lower back and unless you've got existing knee problems there's no reason why you should find the leg press an issue - likewise with most other leg exercises. In fact, performed correctly you should find that it helps to strengthen the area around your knee.

Regards,

MATT
