Times Article on Tony Blair
I'm sure Thomas Stuttaford is a very good Doctor but tows the normal Times line of imposing his personal views on training and gymnasiums upon others, as well as speculation of Tony Blair's training and personality type (is he he also a psychologist?). Not that there's anything wrong with a biased article - he's paid to write his own views. However, the fact that he's a Doctor makes the article appear as though it's medical advice, which is difficult to give if you're unaware of all the individuals particular circumstances (i.e. if he's not your patient). I'd presume that Tony's own Doctor/ cardiologist had suggested the particular exercises he was performing. Enough speculation from me as well now, have a read yourself:
