ADVANCE NOTICE CHOSEN is the latest feature-length documentary by Emmy and BAFTA-award winning director Brian Woods. THE FILM: Chosen tells the true story of three men, now in their 40s and 50s, who were sexually abused by different teachers – including the headmaster - at their British Prep school in the late 1960s and early 1970s. The film is an uncompromising anatomy of abuse, told straight to camera by three of the most articulate men you will ever hear from. Their experiences will send a chill down every parent’s spine and resonate with any survivors of abuse. Channel 4 funded the film via The Channel 4 British Documentary Film Foundation (www.britdoc.org/foundation) and have committed to broadcasting the film in September 2008 |
