Hi you Guys
Hi Guys. Sorry I haven't been on sooner but I have spent the last two weeks loosing the plot, yes even I can go there too. The Heart Attack shook me up more than I thought it would and make me see that I am not as strong minded as I thought I was, but got over that now. Starting to feel better in myself, walking out a bit more, not smoked (well twice) since September, I can even smell things now hehehee. Thank you all who mailed me to ask how I was, sorry I never got back to everyone but my mind was not my own at the time. I hope you are all well and have a brill xmas, co's I am after thinking I would not be here. All my love guys take care now. Oh in case I forget, I'm 50 years young on 12th this month, can't wait for the post hehheeh. Love Jimbo

Glad you are feeling better and looking forward to the big 50 and christmas I guess it is easy for us to take things for granted and forget to enjoy each day as it comes by the way well done for quitting the ciggies I know how hard that is to do.Look after yourself Jim and have a great birthday.
